The International Policy Associate will assist the International Policy team and regional partners in showcasing the value of transparency as a governance principle in ocean management, under the direction of the Director, International Policy. The position will help with delegations, international meetings, and event planning and coordination. In addition to helping to create policy briefs, proposals, and presentations, they will oversee the establishment and upkeep of internal databases on international policy. Additionally, in local, national, and international forums, the International Policy Associate will interact with partners from civil society and governments. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and cooperative, looking for ways to boost internal efficiency while also making a bigger external impact at conferences and events around the world.
