The International Relations Team is a busy unit responsible for strategically managing relations with our member states and other major government and political stakeholders. The Team also coordinates our involvement in several ESFRI projects, and works with partners in other International Research Organizations and global fora to build broad alliances and coalitions in support of open science and the scientific endeavor. The International Relations Officer reports to the Head of International Relations and will help fulfil our mission to integrate life sciences across the member states through the development of strong collaborative links with relevant policy makers and key scientific stakeholders, in particular in the UK. They will also be responsible for supporting the Head of International Relations in the development and implementation of relations and activities with non-member state actors and international fora and organizations, such as Wellcome, WHO, COP/UNFCCC and others.
