Your main responsibility as a customer support supervisor is to provide your team with outstanding coaching. You are in charge of giving agents helpful criticism, figuring out the underlying reasons for poor performance, and preparing them to deal with and fix those issues. This role is completely remote. We have a revolving roster and are open 24/7.
