To assist us build our business through cold calling, we are looking for a motivated, self-reliant, coachable cold caller who enjoys a challenge. Setting up prospect discovery conversations and demos, should prospects express interest, will be a major part of your job description. You must be naturally gifted in conducting outreach and cultivating relationships.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Cold call people from a list of prospects/leads from the Growth Team
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc., and present their benefits
Persuade the prospects to sign up as paid consultants for Panoptyc by relating how their set of skills and experience meet our business needs
Keep records of calls and record useful information by updating the CRM
Required skills and attributes
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
1-2-year(s) experience in telemarketing or cold calling
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good American English accent
Job Details
Initial part-time status, and might convert to full-time depending on performance
