The Ronin Society is an unconventional consulting firm established to help ambitious entrepreneurs navigate the challenges that come with growth and success. The Ronin approach is guided by data, but human-centric; we view entrepreneurship through the lens of adventure, see challenges as opportunities, value collaboration over competition, and believe in building lasting legacies rather than chasing short-term gains.
Ronin specializes in the needs of Small Market businesses, defined as private companies with up to $25M USD in revenue. Our Strategists serve on client teams in an overarching strategic role as the finance mind on the leadership team. Our Analysts support our Strategists with financial modeling and number crunching to provide structure and insight that helps guide company growth initiatives. Our bookkeepers are the backbone of creating historical relevant books to support the financial modeling.
Ronin core clients are growth-minded entrepreneurs who are ready to go where they have never gone before, take the road less traveled, and go off the beaten path in pursuit of their own authentic visions and goals. We give them the tools, courage, and confidence to get there. We are agnostic to client industry and/or geography with our own ambitions to scale globally. We see ourselves as the standard bearer of the Small Market, the last frontier of the global economy. The Small Market is in many ways like the wild west, opaque and illiquid. We are here to change that one business at a time by raising the bar of professional excellence and management standards through education and rolling up our sleeves with client teams.
