In the Customer Service Manager (CSM) organization, this position is the initial stage. You will also be assigned a portfolio, with a primary focus on the Tech section, which includes the clients of the store. It is our duty to make sure they have the greatest possible user experience by resolving issues, assisting with onboarding, enabling, and realizing value till success. By working together with other teams and taking part in campaigns, you will make connections with a wide variety of our product consumers and find our future champions.
