For our expanding CRM team, we are seeking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate. In order to develop and carry out strategic conversion and retention initiatives, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders under the supervision of the Sr. CRM Manager. This individual will aid in the development, practical application, and optimization of retention-focused email, SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging. The ideal candidate is driven by the end-to-end customer journey, has a natural capacity for customer empathy, and is persistent in their pursuit of the qualitative and quantitative feedback required to create a world-class retention program.
