As a Loan Officer Assistant, you’ll work closely with consumers and the sales team to efficiently bring together all the required pieces to help families finance their dream renovations faster. We pride ourselves on the way we go above and beyond to offer our clients impeccable customer service. Day to day you’ll be contacting leads to gather information about their unique financial situations, needs, and objectives, while also educating and advising them on the our process and value. Let’s break it down: our ideal candidate is well organized, like crazy organized, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and ask for what you need, and is not a quitter! As a Loan Officer Assistant, you’ll be responsible for engaging with homeowners, guiding files through the renovation planning process, and be an advocate/coach for the homeowners, among other things.
