The Labourer / Material Handler (LMH) receives direction from Lumber Foreman (LF). The LMH focuses on quality, productivity, and safety. Assists a Saw Operator, Grader, Order Maker or SF driver in handling and sorting material. The LMH may also cut and handle material to fill production or customer requirements. The LMH keeps the work area tidy and orderly, for ease of locating products and filling orders. . The LMH work entails walking, bending, lifting, standing, body twisting, reaching, lowering, pulling, and pushing material during the duration of the shift. The LMH efficiently and effectively maximizes the quality and quantity and minimize waste. LMIA AVAILABLE.
