As our Customer Care team member (remote), you will handle all questions of our global customers and partners related to Machine learning. You will be working side-by-side with our ML engineers on deep learning scenarios, solving ML problems, creating/training/deploying prediction models, helping our effort in Presales/POC/Pilots/Go-lives modeling and ML infrastructure setup, as well as documenting all technical machine learning questions. You will be the confluence (pun intended) between our customers and our delivery, integration, development, product and sales teams.
