OLAPLEX is seeking a marketing intern to support our International Marketing Team. This person will play a key role in building our international community and assisting all marketing activities across social, digital, direct, campaign and events to amplify our voice and maximize brand recognition. We are looking for a genuine self-starter who has the ability, potential and a thirst to learn and develop in their role. This is a 12-week internship.
Core responsibilities – about the role
Provide support with planning and execution all retailer and pro events (eg. marketing material support).
Organize all documents on the drive; ensuring all key assets are shared from global onto the wider teams (including GTM updates, notes).
Order samples/comps as required for various marketing purposes and be responsible for sample tracker.
Create marketing presentations for internal and external actors.
Brief in asset requests to creative team (eg. retailer banners, resizing of visuals for CRM, social, etc).
Provide support with project management of VM updates and planogram requests.
Follow up on all marketing plans, saving screenshots and tracking all activity in one place.
Responsible for store/salon and competitor visits and reviewing findings and sharing in the feedback documents.
Qualifications – about you
Undergraduate degree in progress, or graduated within 6 months.
1-2 years of relevant internship/work experience.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
Highly collaborative across multiple departments and projects.
Strong presentation skills & creative flair within Microsoft PowerPoint
Strong communicator, both oral and written.
Ability to travel to and within London for site visits/special events, as needed.
Prior experience in the consumer industry is preferred, with passion for beauty a must!
Able to commit to the full duration of the 12-week remote internship.
