Our Marketing Operations team is looking for a talented intern. This team is the backbone of all of our marketing efforts; they are our technical marketing champions. The Marketing Operations team helps make sense of data by tracking processes which are needed to create campaigns and contribute to enhancing customer experiences.
Your main focus will be to maintain quality infrastructure and processes to support our team’s success efforts. This internship is designed for someone who is confident handling data and meticulous to detail which will help us in auditing and documenting our processes.

So what’s a typical day like?
You start your day with a nice cup of coffee and hop on your daily scrum meeting to track the progress on the different projects your team is currently working on.
Following that, you will log into Marketo to review daily data cleanup requirements by correcting and augmenting data from our various data providers. You always keep in mind how you can add innovation to our processes.
Before lunch, you’ll be assigned to identify and resolve any data issues within our Marketo or Salesforce databases.
It’s already lunch time! You take some well-deserved time off and attend a lunch and learn elaborated specifically for our cohort of interns. It’s the perfect opportunity to network with your peers !
After lunch, you help support other marketing team members with QA, ad hoc reporting requests, documentation, and more.
You then meet with your coach to evaluate and test our processes for further development and optimization.
The day is already over! You close your computer happy that you spent your day surrounded by bright, curious and respectful people, eager to grow their teammates and colleagues.

You are studying Business, Technology, or any related field.
You are passionate about data; you are an expert at working with Excel sheets.
You enjoy thinking outside the box to creatively solve problems. This includes trying to purposely break workflows and processes to make them more comprehensive and indomitable.
You are process and detail-oriented. We are looking for innovation, great ideas and intelligent reasoning to improve our processes!
You’re a great team player. Alone we can do so little; together we can achieve so much!
You’re willing to take the initiative and work independently - grab the freedom you’re offered and run with it!
You love to work on multiple projects simultaneously and you’re well organized.
You excel at communicating in English. You can also write and speak French? That’s great!
Extra qualities that will catch our attention :
You’ve previously worked and/or had projects working with a CRM.
You have the basic knowledge of database management.
You have experience/interest in Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, etc).
You’re looking to gain a deeper understanding of B2B marketing.
