We are looking for a NFT Team Manager to head up a new team within Compliance. The individual chosen for this role should have the demonstrated ability to develop, communicate, and manage policies and procedures to various Client Engagement teams, lines of business and upper management, proactively identify risks factors associated with NFT Collections, manage and oversee reviews of NFT marketplace flagged content and support management as appropriate, and assess overall customer risk and regulatory requirements. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively between multiple teams in the organisation. They should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and they are committed to the values of teamwork, integrity, and adaptability. Additionally, they should display strong ability to manage a team of both senior and junior associates, assess production work and reviews, make recommendations and determinations, manage multiple work streams and duties.
