The Crew Relation Specialist is in charge of giving the HR department administrative help for anything pertaining to the crew. oversees all crew members' berthing and par level procedures and generates reports for every trip. organizes the emergency plan numbers for the personnel. helps the crew administrator with specific tasks related to crew immigration and customs during the sign-on and sign-off procedures. At sign-on and sign-off, name badges and cabin keys are distributed and collected, respectively. Providing re-employment letters and organizing the return of the entire crew are among the duties. handles all requests for shoreside cruises from employees. oversees the wellbeing of the personnel and plans events and activities for them. follows the HR Manager's instructions when performing HR administrative tasks.
