A Customer Success Manager is needed to expand our team. In your role as a CSM, you will operate as the main point of contact for designated strategic customers in order to build enduring bonds with our most important clients. Each account's project leaders and cross-functional executives must be cultivated as relationships, and tactics to drive client retention and results that will ultimately result in more business must be put into practice. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes members from sales, solutions consulting, customer success, business intelligence, and professional services in this position. You will report to the VP of Customer Success & Training.
