The Housekeeping Manager is accountable to the Operations Manager for supervising and managing the entire housekeeping department of the hotel. This includes making sure that the guest rooms and common areas are kept clean, well-maintained, and uphold the set standards for quality and service. The Housekeeping Manager also has to actively engage in coordinating and managing relationships with outside partners in order to support the hotel's housekeeping operations.
