As our customer success specialist, we'll rely on you to successfully onboard new users into our software and obtain excellent personal reviews from clients. In close collaboration with our customer success team, you will enhance and improve our onboarding and customer satisfaction procedures to guarantee the success of retreat centers and retreat participants. Your job is to make sure that we can lower the amount of work required for each customer's support through initial onboarding and innovative methods like features, videos, in-app assistance, and documentation. As a result, we get devoted clients and can accomplish churn reversals (going from nearly churned to loyal).
