In order to give our customers a flawless travel experience, the Customer Support Assistant is essential. Incoming calls on our dedicated support line, helping travelers modify their itineraries, and responding to any issues pertaining to travel are the responsibilities of this role. In addition, the position entails managing and answering to internet reviews, looking into and processing refund requests, and correcting errors made by agents. To maintain the company's service standards, the assistant also does quality audits. To provide excellent customer support, a successful applicant will blend strong interpersonal skills with technical know-how.
