In order to ensure that the intervention is of overall technical and programmatic quality, that donor laws and regulations are followed, and that all deliverables—including a thorough implementation plan, monitoring plan, and report—are submitted on time, the Field Coordinator will provide strategic and operational leadership. In addition to carrying out the project, he or she will be in charge of managing the team, the budget, reporting, and overall security at the local and regional levels.
