Based on industry-leading continuous improvement processes, systems, and practices, the Operational Excellence Specialist assists in carrying out our Operational Excellence plan and program. This team member finds and creates change-related possibilities that can help the organization's future course. The role is in charge of creating procedures, methods, and tools that will help our partners in marketing, operations, product development, engineering, compliance, risk management, and finance significantly improve their processes within customer service. You will be in charge of our CS and other key business function interactions.
