Supporting the setup and management of Remote's Total Rewards programs will be a major responsibility of the Total Rewards Specialist. This position will evaluate and optimize our Total Rewards strategy by utilizing strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail. This will help us draw in and keep top talent while maintaining competitive total rewards procedures. Working together with multiple departments and People Team stakeholders, this role will support the upkeep of a just and equitable total rewards structure that supports employee engagement and supports Remote's business objectives.
