In order to guarantee that our school and district partners receive the greatest service from us and continue to be actively involved with our platform, the Customer Success Enablement Manager will assist the customer success team. To promote greater usage, attend to customer demands, and manage retention, they will work throughout the client lifetime, from implementation to adoption and retention. They will accomplish this by developing the consolidated playbooks, procedures, and tools/systems that our Account and Customer Success Managers require in order to succeed.
