Based on market-leading continuous improvement methods, systems, and practises, the Operational Excellence Specialist supports the implementation of our Operational Excellence plan and programme. This team member seeks out and coordinates chances for change that can benefit the organization's long-term course. The job entails creating strategies, procedures, and tools that will help our marketing, operations, product, engineering, compliance, risk, and finance partners as well as Customer Service significantly improve their processes. Relationships with our CS and other key company operations will be your responsibility.
