To ensure the relevant business systems are operational ensuring an efficient service to our customers and clients, avoiding or minimising any impact to customers following system outages or incidents. To achieve this you will be managing warehouse incidents and tasks across multiple disciplines such as Engineering Operations, Technical Support Services and Business Operations. This will include identifying, raising and managing system faults in appropriate systems, prioritising bot recoveries and arranging recovery windows. You will investigate failed tasks and inaccessible stock and customer totes, resolving technical issues as part of the support services team. This role will require flexibility due to us being a 24/ 7 operation and a shift pattern will be in place that will require working days, nights and weekends.
