The Operations Support Specialist will help establish and build Supplemental Health Care's Managed Services Programs (MSP’s) reputation throughout the market. Responsible for managing the integrity of information throughout the multiple databases within SHC. Responsible for building relationships with internal teams and external contacts to help ensure processes are managed effectively. Play a key role in maintaining information and technology configuration in our multiple Vendor Management Systems. Integral in assisting office staff using the Company's core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.
