In order to meet corporate goals, this position will spearhead strategic talent programs, skill-building projects, and leadership development. Working together with stakeholders and overseeing a group of OD specialists, you will develop and execute creative L&D plans while making sure that initiatives that improve organizational performance and employee engagement are delivered successfully.
