The high standards of tailored routine and emergency care for visitors and personnel are the responsibility of paramedics. As initial responders, paramedics prioritize emergency calls, analyze the situation, diagnose patients, and treat them before transferring them to the onboard medical center for further treatment. Paramedics are able to practice independently under the supervision of doctors by using certain patient group directives, assessing patients, and offering treatment and guidance for particular illnesses. In addition to performing first aid, paramedics collaborate closely with shipboard nurses and physicians to care for patients who visit daily walk-in clinics. Paramedic applicants must hold an Advanced Life Support Paramedic Qualification (or equivalent) and current registration and licensing to practice with an appropriate governmental or national regulatory body and a Valid passport
