In order to monitor and oversee the Pastry Team's preparation and production of all desserts and pastry items and maintain efficient operation, this job will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef. As Chef de Partie, you will have the assurance necessary to operate in the kitchen's pastry department while appreciating the inventiveness and attention to detail. You'll be a part of a small team that takes a practical approach. We would provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
