PAYROLL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, REMOTE | WORK FROM HOME

We are looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to join the growing Implementation team. As a Payroll Implementation Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for contacts implementing our payroll integrations. Manage the implementation of individual payroll integrations, including obtaining all required information for set-up. Effectively communicate with new Clients and team members in a timely and clear fashion. Plans, schedules and meets implementation timelines and deliverables using appropriate tools (Salesforce, Ease) and tracks deliverables to ensure successful transitions. Set realistic expectations for team members and customers, and provides periodic progress reports to appropriate team members and clients. Establishes and maintains positive client working relationships, and successfully contributes to high client retention rates. Accurate and timely processing of all assigned implementations. Perform analysis of completed payroll integrations and troubleshoots data inconsistencies; identify trends and potential issues and recommend solutions. Provide support and training to new clients regarding Ease software and appropriate payroll needs. Represents us and the Payroll Implementation team effectively; builds trust and credibility and promotes transparency with clients and team members.
