What You Will Do
Conduct audits, research, data gathering and analysis, provide reports, and/or manage small to medium assigned projects.
Must maintain confidentiality about employee data and employee private health information, including business information that is not available to non-HR employees.
Perform data profiling and database structure research in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.
Document and maintain data standards, partnering with functional and business data owners to map existing HR data structures, usage, and common definitions.
Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
Advanced MS Office Suite work experience, emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to demonstrate and combine a methodical and organized approach to work situations with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent planning, time management, communication, organization, follow up and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, strong written & verbal communication skills as well as organization skills.
Bright, energetic individual who possess a strong work ethic and good analytical skills.
