Tasks
🛠 What you’ll do
Support research efforts to identify product needs and prioritise features based on concrete data and analytics.
Assist in the delivery of a product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other key initiatives.
Define work scope with the business and engineering teams to align on objectives around time to market, effort and scope.
Work closely with Product Managers to translate strategy and feature descriptions into detailed requirements, and write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria.
Work closely with the Product design team on solution design and execution according to business needs.
Support the Product design team in building mid & high fidelity wireframes using Figma.
Support in managing Feature Success Metrics to meet business value requirements.
Contribute to business strategy and product vision, influencing scope and delivery options with feedback.
Ultimately, your work will help Vicoland grow and potentially help thousands of businesses and freelancers every day around the world!

Ability and motivation to work in a fast-paced, challenging and work-intensive environment - we're looking for drive. Our team wants to achieve big things with Vicoland!
An excellent track record in fast-paced work environments (Entrepreneurship, startups, company building, product management, management consulting) demonstrating swift professional growth is a big plus.
Bachelors degree, preferably STEM, design or business related.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Experienced in working with qualitative and quantitative data that helps ground his/her decisions in real data, marketplace needs & norms, and OKRs.
Internship duration: 3 to 6 months.
