PROGRAM MANAGER INTERNSHIP | REMOTE

We are looking for a talented and motivated Program Management Intern. You will take ownership of projects and help our cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) team complete key objectives to Kichler’s success.


What You Will Do:

  • Employ PMO processes and policies

  • Gather requirements for Portfolio Management System development

  • Review portfolio management vendors for further development

  • Utilize standardized program/project management tools across the portfolio (e.g. Smartsheet)

  • Support Program Managers in updating and managing project schedules

  • Support project meetings

  • Assess the capabilities of supplier lead times across business categories

  • Collaborates with co-workers, other management, and other department heads on issues that concern or affect them.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Look for In a Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree and pursuing a Master’s Degree in a relevant field

  • 1-3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a marketing environment

  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Power Point)

  • Effective with navigating multiple competing priorities, including cross-functional stakeholders

  • Effective written & verbal communication; experience running meetings; adaptive to new tools/processes

  • Effective in cross-functional engagements and driving accountability

  • Global supply chain preferred

Salary Range:

Min Range: $20.00 per Hour

Max Range: $28.00 per Hour
