We are looking for a talented and motivated Program Management Intern. You will take ownership of projects and help our cross-functional New Product Introduction (NPI) team complete key objectives to Kichler’s success.
What You Will Do:
Employ PMO processes and policies
Gather requirements for Portfolio Management System development
Review portfolio management vendors for further development
Utilize standardized program/project management tools across the portfolio (e.g. Smartsheet)
Support Program Managers in updating and managing project schedules
Support project meetings
Assess the capabilities of supplier lead times across business categories
Collaborates with co-workers, other management, and other department heads on issues that concern or affect them.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Look for In a Candidate:
Bachelor’s degree and pursuing a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
1-3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a marketing environment
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Power Point)
Effective with navigating multiple competing priorities, including cross-functional stakeholders
Effective written & verbal communication; experience running meetings; adaptive to new tools/processes
Effective in cross-functional engagements and driving accountability
Global supply chain preferred
Salary Range:
Min Range: $20.00 per Hour
Max Range: $28.00 per Hour
