The program manager's job will include managing all projects, programs, and initiatives as well as their delivery, coordination, and tracking. In order to boost productivity and the chances that our work will help the adoption of blockchain technology, this will involve establishing and creating project plans, resource plans, risk identification, risk mitigation, and timetables. It will also involve collaborating with business and technical partners.
