Your primary goal as a Children & Families Social Worker is to assist kids, their families, and their community in bringing about positive change that lasts long after our assistance is required. We will work together to establish the right environment for relationships to thrive. The purpose of our practice system is to achieve this goal. Ensuring the safety of children and the unity of families by appropriate action at the appropriate time and location.
