In order to support children, adolescents, and their families in navigating the challenges that can arise from complex and diverse needs and mental health concerns, we are looking for Social Workers to join our team and provide community-based mental health assessment and multidisciplinary intervention for children and young people. You will play a crucial role in assisting young people in setting realistic and achievable goals, encouraging the highest level of function in various aspects of their lives, and improving overall wellbeing.
