Your role in our Client Experience team is to set them up for success. Every day, you will be on the phone with clients to ascertain their circumstances, determine whether we can assist them, and provide them with guidance regarding their next course of action. You will master a challenging and fascinating subject, pick up quick wits about our in-house tech tools and platforms (Salesforce, Front, etc.)
