Wifinity is currently looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing intern to join on a fixed term contract and work closely with a wide variety of teams across our business, with a focus on the delivery value stream of our Sales and Marketing team. This role would suit a recent graduate or an intern with strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Digital Marketing intern, you will play a key role in establishing data that allows analysis and insight into the customer base of the key markets in which we operate.
Your day to day role will consist of the following responsibilities, you may be required to carry out further responsibilities at the company's discretion.
Conduct market and customer research and strategic analysis
Build a database to understand prospective customer information start and end dates for their current provider
Define and establish regular reports that assist management in the identification of areas of improvement across the value stream
Build market/competitor awareness, insight and analysis
Work with our Digital Marketing agency on exciting campaigns to drive new business opportunities in key markets.
Undertake other Database Management activities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Your experience…
Graduate or penultimate year student in a Business Management or Marketing related discipline on track for a 2:1 or higher.
It would be nice to also have…
Knowledge of CRMs (Pipedrive, Salesforce)
