We are looking for an enablement professional to help our sales, sales leadership, and customer success enablement efforts. This role reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement and is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for onboarding and continuously educating our sales, SE, and CSM teams. The goal is to build the best sales and customer success execution in the industry. This requires constant enablement on new products, sales skills & processes (Value Selling Framework and MEDDPICC), presentation/communication skills, and coaching. This role will be directly partnering with the senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Field Engineering, Operations and Strategy, Customer Success, and Corporate L&D.
