SALES ENABLEMENT TRAINEE | REMOTE

Your Tasks

  • Analyze the development needs of our Sales team through the use of performance data, joint visit appointments and interviews with Sales leaders

  • Support on implementing a learning management system and manage sales playbooks and knowledge base

  • Facilitate content creation and use with Sales and Marketing teams

  • Provide effective onboarding and training for the Sales team in collaboration with external trainers

  • Plan and execute internal off-sites and departmental meetups

  • Manage support tools and technologies integration and lead the change management practice

  • Execute initiatives to improve existing sales processes, aligned with the broader company strategy

  • The traineeship is limited to one year and with good performance there is the possibility of a permanent employment in a suitable position

Your Qualifications

  • You ideally already have some experience in Sales Operations/Controlling, Sales training or a Commercial Analytics role with experience in transformation and implementation (This also includes student jobs or internships)

  • You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills with ability to problem solve in complex environments

  • You have a solid understanding of technology and product development

  • You have advanced experience with presentation tools (incl. Google Slides) for training content creation

  • You ideally already have experience with CRM systems (preferably: Salesforce)

  • You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and ready to further develop our startup

  • You speak German on a native level and fluent English
