Your Tasks
Analyze the development needs of our Sales team through the use of performance data, joint visit appointments and interviews with Sales leaders
Support on implementing a learning management system and manage sales playbooks and knowledge base
Facilitate content creation and use with Sales and Marketing teams
Provide effective onboarding and training for the Sales team in collaboration with external trainers
Plan and execute internal off-sites and departmental meetups
Manage support tools and technologies integration and lead the change management practice
Execute initiatives to improve existing sales processes, aligned with the broader company strategy
The traineeship is limited to one year and with good performance there is the possibility of a permanent employment in a suitable position
Your Qualifications
You ideally already have some experience in Sales Operations/Controlling, Sales training or a Commercial Analytics role with experience in transformation and implementation (This also includes student jobs or internships)
You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills with ability to problem solve in complex environments
You have a solid understanding of technology and product development
You have advanced experience with presentation tools (incl. Google Slides) for training content creation
You ideally already have experience with CRM systems (preferably: Salesforce)
You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and ready to further develop our startup
You speak German on a native level and fluent English
