The Sales Operations Lead will be the person in charge of this position, which is for a Sales Operations Coordinator. Together with our Sales Operations team, they will establish and manage procedures and tools, train the team, and offer reporting to ensure that Hotjar Sales teams have the best possible conditions to maximize operational efficiency. In this position, your performance is evaluated not only on how successfully you manage our Sales Operations activities but also on how well you contribute your positivism, creativity, and skill set to a dynamic atmosphere and highly effective team.
