As a FinancialForce intern you will fully emerge within our Talent Acquisition Organization. Join a fast paced team of recruiters and hiring managers focused on DE&I hiring. During this internship, you will be responsible for the following projects:
Bring to life our new partnership with the Salesforce Alliance Partner Program. Work to showcase the program within our organization and how we can grow our diversified hiring with each of our business.
Lead the team in how to utilize the site and take maximum advantage of the resources offered. Help organize the details needed and drive the direction of what actions need to be taken and by whom.
The work outlined above is paramount to ensuring our business teams and internal recruiters are set up for optimized productivity which in turn creates a diverse and dynamic environment and faster time to hire. This internship is a great opportunity to have a view into the Human Resources team and how the Salesforce Ecosystem works globally.
You will have a mentor to support, stretch and guide you during your internship.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Support leadership in tracking the details of the program
Collaborate with recruiters to set up interview slots weekly
Track and report on salesforce ecosystem hires in business
Educate & inform TA leadership & ES Business Partners on the program and how to utilize it in each business
Influence process improvements
Ad hoc reporting and support for action follow up
Review and finalize documentation/presentations for leadership consumption
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
It is important that you have a passion for learning new programs and synthesizing details
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analyzing and solving problems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Resourcefulness in getting over problems and establishing clarity
You will be an undergraduate or graduate with a Business related degree
