As Senior Contact Center Specialist, you'll take on the responsibility of delivering on the tribe's mission by deploying effective automation and self-services within the phone channel as well as ensuring an all-around high-quality experience for merchants as they seek support using our products. You will be part of a cross-functional team and would closely collaborate with our operations teams in Europe.
