SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER | REMOTE

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to manage negotiations of Carrot’s largest customer contracts, including master service agreements, service level agreements, and data processing agreements. This role is an opportunity to be our first in-house lawyer with this area of expertise and to join a dynamic and quickly scaling legal team. The right legal professional for this position has an appetite to take on a wide variety of agreements and negotiations as our team evolves, including vendor agreements, provider network contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. Healthcare regulatory and compliance project management may also be a part of this person’s area of responsibility.
