SOCIAL & COMMUNITY MANAGER | REMOTE

As the Social + Community Manager you will be central to our success by owning our social media presence across key channels, growing our audience, and engaging with our community. In this role, you'll directly impact how we are represented and perceived by our customers, our partners, and our stakeholders. We’re looking for someone to create and distribute informative, high-value social content (with an emphasis on Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram) as well as build and engage our community on these platforms. This person will work within the content arm of Marketing but coordinate cross-functionally with partnerships, growth, product, and ops to support team-wide initiatives. The person in this role will have a passion for DTC/e-commerce and data/analytics as well as writing and creating content that influences, educates, and entertains. They should be a student of the latest social media trends and strategies and enjoy building community.
