Requirements:
Available for the work from anywhere remote internship.
Can start internship immediately.
Are available for at least 3 months.
Have relevant skills and interests only those candidates can apply.
Ability to work in US EST/PST zone.
Knowledge and ownership of digital media software – design software and social media tools
Knowledge of social media channels, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Critical thinker who can work independently
Creative with an eye and passion for photo/video design
Proficient in Canva, or similar design software
Have intermediate knowledge of how to create and execute paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Ads)

Responsibilities:
Brainstorm, create content and draft copy for daily content across social media platforms, including creating graphics and short videos.
Maintain the social media calendar with promotional posts, historical content and organization needs.
Assist with copywriting of social media posts for each platform.
Research opportunities to promote the Sparks on social media.
Work with marketing team to develop engaging social media content from concept to execution.
Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Collaborate with other departments (Client Services, Sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
Position the company as the thought leader and engage members through social media marketing campaigns and email marketing.
Identify and lead the company into new areas of digital engagement beyond existing channels through competitive research, audience identification, and strategy.
Establish consistency of brand communication across platforms, influencers, and member community.
Conceptualize design strategy and have a basic understanding of designing creatives.
Come up with weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars for social media platforms.
