We are a fast-growing company that is looking for incredible interns to join our team in the Fall of 2022! Our Strategic Customer Success intern will not only get firsthand experience with how and why our customers rely on Madison Logic for running successful account-based marketing (ABM) programs, but they will also get a 360-degree view into our exciting business and growing industry.
What You'll Do:
Support the success of our customers by assisting our Strategic Customer Success Managers with various day-to-day tasks including:
Compiling campaign performance data and reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
Monitor customer program performance via the Madison Logic Platform and other systems to ensure timely delivery of all leads and impressions
Support the team with tying project execution back to the client’s objectives and strategy
Attend customer calls to capture notes on customer feedback, action items and next steps
Assist in generating compelling program wrap-up reports and quarterly business reviews
Support the team in validating campaign spend and billing accuracy
Offer ideas for how to best support and deliver value to our customers
Help to compile and submit campaign reporting and delivery updates to internal & external clients
About You | Basic Qualifications
Rising senior or recent graduate from an accredited college or university as of Fall 2022
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

Interest in digital marketing, online advertising and data analysis

Internship Details
Fall Program Dates: August 29rd (start date is flexible through Sept 12th)– December 9th
$24 per hour
Hours: Flexible up to 30hrs per week between the hours of 9 AM – 5 PM (30 minute unpaid lunch)
