The Suppliers Support Specialist will collaborate closely with the product team by reporting feedback and escalating issues (feature requests, bugs, etc.) as needed, improving user trust and loyalty to the platform, and providing high-quality support for our suppliers through assistance with empathy, passion, and clear communication. Help the team balance the ratio of supply to demand. You are expected to maintain high CSAT levels in accordance with established KPIs by providing our wonderful users with excellent support.
