Tasks
Things you will do
Being the first line of technical support for people wanting to set up peaq network nodes and applications on their infrastructure.
Providing people with support over public forums.
Assessing the problems faced and performing basic troubleshooting to determine if an issue should be further escalated.
Fixing issues and communicating back to the community.
Working on answering simple support requests from potential customers about peaq service.
Setting up a local proxy to debug outgoing Web3 requests.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
1+ year experience in support role deploying, supporting and maintaining production applications.
Experience working with ticketing systems such as JIRA/Asana or GitHub issues.
Understanding of blockchain technology.
Solid understanding of how to compile and debug popular frameworks in different technologies, node, c++, rust etc.
Conceptual understanding of p2p networking, network protocols and OSI model.
Taking up communication with people, finding the issue they are facing and helping them to get it sorted.
Professional working knowledge of English.
Nice to have
Experience working with smart contracts using ink!, solidity or other platforms.
Customer handling experience.
Hands-on development experience working on any blockchain.
Knowledge of Substrate framework.
