As a part of the CSM team, you will represent our most important and significant customers. On a daily basis, you will serve as the customer's first point of contact for any post-sales technical, product, and support inquiries. You will also work to develop, carry out, and manage projects and procedures that will promote the successful adoption and usage of our products. You will have the chance to interact with everyone in the customer environment, from developers to executives, and reflect our values every day in this role. It will also provide you the chance to understand their business, operational, and technical demands so you can help them get the most out of their investment.
