As a member of the rapidly expanding Customer Experience team, you will be in charge of offering our clients specialized support in your capacity as a support engineer. From front-end panels to metrics, logs, and traces, you'll cover the whole observability stack. You will also gain practical exposure to a wide range of distinctive open-source projects in this position, giving you a wealth of learning opportunities across our Cloud, Enterprise, and Open Source products. Our coverage of EMEA customers will be the primary emphasis of this position.
